Consisting of 130,000 sq ft of office and retail space, Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre required a seamless transition to our services. We adopted a strategic and consultative approach to ensure a smooth transfer process, fully staffing the contract and achieving a 100% TUPE success rate to maintain operational continuity.

The entire mobilisation experience has been really well thought out, managed and executed from start to finish. We were always informed regarding who was attending site, when they were attending and the purpose of their visit – giving us time to plan and list any questions or concerns. Vertex had all aspects covered and any financial, technical or contractual questions were answered promptly. The fact that you aligned everything so you were ready to go live on day one was excellent.
